EBI Receives "Best Places to Work" Honor
Last week, EBI leaders and team members attended a luncheon event sponsored by Arkansas Business Publishing Group, where EBI was named one of the “Best Places to Work” in Arkansas.

Hundreds of companies register for the Best Places to Work program each year and Arkansas Business, together with outside firm, Workforce Research Group, evaluates employee survey responses to select the 50 companies that meet the criteria to receive the honor.
EBI team members (R to L) Randy Suggs, Kim Tidwell and Tina Craig celebrate the Best Places to Work honor.
According to employee feedback and the final assessment, “Flexibility and connection are the cornerstones of Educational Benefits’ (EBI’s) people-first culture, where 90% of staff members work remotely, a model shaped by leadership after listening to employee feedback. The company has committed itself to ensuring its employees feel heard, and it has paid off with annual turnover of only 7%.”
EBI leaders credited the firm’s dedicated team and their focus on always living up to the company’s mission to be “trusted advisors” committed to the best interests of schools and school districts and providing an “intentionally different level of service through innovative ideas and comprehensive solutions.”
EBI was featured in a special Arkansas Business publication spotlighting the Best Places to Work in Arkansas. In describing the many reasons EBI made the list, the publication highlighted how, “regular Table Talks with company (leaders) … and an annual companywide town hall give employees consistent opportunities to share ideas, provide feedback on policies and learn details about company operations … The company matches 100% of retirement contributions up to 3% of an employee’s total annual pay, and half of the next 2%, helping team members build long-term financial security.”
