EBI welcomes new hires for business development, members services
EBI, an Arkansas-based firm specializing in innovative employee benefits plans for schools and school districts, has hired Ken Rich as a Regional Director of Business Development and Kristen Scott as Member Services Manager.
In his new position, Rich will work to build and manager partnerships with Arkansas school leaders and officials and work to ensure they have access to the best benefits products and services to meet their needs and the needs of their employees. Rich brings more than 35 years of experience in education to EBI, having served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal and superintendent for Salem School District. Prior to joining EBI, Rich served as Director of Finance Services at the Arkansas Public School Resource Center.
Scott, a Little Rock native, brings more than a decade of experience in customer service and customer service management. Prior to joining EBI, Scott served as a customer service supervisor for Verizon Wireless and launched her own business, Face of Grace Esthetics in West Little Rock. In her new position, she will oversee EBI’s in-house customer service team and call center, which handles all client questions and assists school employees and retirees with their benefits.
